Allow device reoganizacion on Chrome extension

Allow reoganization on the extension pop-up and device hub. Add visual instructions on the extension for how to add the certificate to the right forlder directory.

Es wäre sehr Vorteilhaft wenn man in Design bei der Rechteck Erstellung jede Ecke einzeln den Radius definieren könnte da man nicht immer alle Ecken abgerundet braucht.

When paths aren't closed, Ruby sometimes get the cut order wrong, being able to control this would improve our finish quality.
