Assign Ownership of Designs and Jobs / Extended User Management

It would be great to be able to assign user ownership for jobs, to get them off your screen if you uploaded something for someone else.

I believe there is a plug in on the way similar to the CDR plugin for signmaster and other vinyl cutting software where I would be able to highlight a design and send it straight to Ruby. When will this happen?
