Trotec Ruby®

I manage a fabrication space which functions as a makerspace for multiple users. We have two trotec 360 lasers, and they are some of the most popular pieces of equipment on the floor. We charge an hourly rate for laser use. When a new user requests use of the lasers, we create a new user profile and have them log in under their profile to process their job. It would be a helpful feature for an admin or super admin to be able to audit all the jobs run on the laser, with information about which user profile ran each job. This would be helpful in terms of billing but also for safety protocols, so we can see who ran what job. That way we can run an audit at the end of each week or two weeks for example, rather than having to clear the job history after each user.
