Hide jobs that you didnt create / Extended User Management

In the Ruby browser, in the manage, design and prepare tabs, it would be good to filter only jobs you have created.

    Dear,

    we are working on an improved user profile and permission setup.

    Think this would solve the problem then.

    Feature should be available in one of the next Ruby releases.
