I have been liaising with Connor UK service with Ticket 00451145

When Multiple fonts from the same font family are installed on PC (individually) Ruby wont correctly use the correct font.

I have Helvetica (regular) True type

Helvetica (Medium) True type

Helvetica (bold) True type

all installed, but when you select Helvetica font in Ruby, it displays as BOLD not regular although regular is selected.

We use 3 different programs for drawing up our artwork (coreldraw, Gravostyle and now Ruby)

Only Ruby uses the wrong font weight.

It is clearly not as bold

As our customer request Font Style Family/s (Helvetica) and then Thickness (regular) this is important to us to use the correct weight.
