Make all "options" visible but greyed out / nicht wählbare Optionen ausgrauen / 3.0 UX

Hi Guys,


Would it be possible to change the UI in Ruby


Yesterday I got blindsided by a customer as I was in the settings menu and items were missing.

It turned out they were not logged in as the super admin


Would it be possible to make the menu items visible to those who cannot use them, but maybe grey them out with a tool tip to say something like

"To use this option, you need to be logged in as Ruby Super Admin User"


This would be good for all options that you need to be Super Admin for
