More shortcuts / Graphic Functions Shortcuts / 2.11.x 3.x

More shortcuts or customisable shortcuts for the design section of Ruby. Mainly for the tools such as draw rectangle or text etc. e.g. in Corel you press F8 for text or F6 for rectangle. Then you can press ctrl space to return to pointer. Speeds up designing dramatically.
