Job Lock to prevent deletion / 2.12. / 3.1

This will be helpful for jobs that are done on a regular basis. This would be done by a simple lock and unlock icon on the side of the job section of the list.


Its a simple but helpful tool to prevent mistakes when clearing your jobs from the system.
