Trotec Ruby®

When Ruby does the outline cut to stamps it regularly but not always mis-aligns the cut. This means the perforations do not release. It often cuts through a border to a stamp. It often cuts of the base off letters. Every day it does this. Not on every one of every batch, some are fine. Often a single stamp will be correct. This problem started two updates ago. I was hoping the latest update corrected that last bug but it has not gone away. My laser was serviced today by a Trotec service agent and i was assured it was not a hardware problem.
