Ability to automatically remove completed job

Add selection (button) on "Produce" tab/screen to automatically delete job from "Prepare" tab/screen list after it has completed printing in the queue. Similar to existing button to delete job from queue

Removes need to manually delete jobs from Prepare tab/screen or use the Manage function
