We'd love to know what you think of Ruby®
After a period of time of not using the laser, the lights inside go off. In Job Control if you send a job at that point, it "wakes up" the printer and performs the job.
In Ruby, if the laser is asleep, it gives the error Request Rejected. Then I go to the printer, press the button with a circle with a dot inside, the printer "wakes up", I go back to Ruby, resend the job and it then prints.
My idea is that you make Ruby the same as Job Control in this sense. If I send a job to printer, instead of giving me the error, wake up the laser with a signal instead of giving the error.
It will make this a simpler process, one does not have to investigate what the problem is (if you look it up what you find is not precise).

Good Morning,
Thanks a lot for your valued feedback.
I will have a discussion with the Software R&D on that.
It seems to be linked to the energy saving strategy.
Thanks
