Add the option to "Fit to design" in profile settings / 2.11.x / 3.1 Import Profiles

PDFs exported from Corel Draw have margins from objects to document borders of 0.353mm (see attached file for example). This means that designs exported to be precisely placed on the platter have an offset of .353mm when imported with a folder profile. to remedy this, the function "Fit to design" could be configured to be executed on import in the profile settings.
