Allow jobs to have no assigned user, and be overwritten by any user without creating a duplicate when pushed to queue.

Failing that, allow jobs to be overwritten by admins, without creating a duplicate when pushed to queue.

Failing that, allow users to be signed in and editing jobs on multiple devices at once.

Highlight duplicate job names. I.e. _(1) suffix

Allow jobs to have multiple materials assigned and selected upon pushing to queue, without overwriting the job.
