Lockable Assets / 3.1 lock objects

It would be a huge value add to be able to lock assets/items in Ruby. Locked items would be non-selectable.

Ex, if I draw a square, and I want to put text it in, but I don't want the square to be selectable so I can easily edit/move the text and NOT the square.


Ex 2: (assume we have multiple squares with text) If I want to change the text color in only a certain number of squares, but not modify the square color.
